Job Description

This is an opportunity to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team responsible for supporting TMobile Business Group (TBG) a key growth area of the enterprise. The Finance Manager will partner with crossfunctional teams to support the analysis of key initiatives requiring capital investment to drive future growth. The selected candidate will be strong in financial modeling with an ability to constructively challenge at various levels of the organization and provide guidance to leadership on the financial viability of highpriority projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytical and financial modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to regularly review and enhance business cases effectively challenge key inputs
  • Understand and translate expected impact of key bets and initiatives on the longrange forecast and financial results
  • Measure KPIs and actual vs. planned investment and communicate results to leadership via dashboards and reports
  • Work internally with key partners to ensure processes and procedures are in place for investment approvals and accountability

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree Finance Accounting or Economics

Work Experience:

  • 710 years experience in Finance Accounting
  • Experience with discounted cash flow analysis and developing business cases (preferred)
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (minimum required)
  • Knowledge of Teradata SQL / Snowflake SQL a plus


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong financial competence and analytical skills
  • Ability to create executive level presentations/reports and clearly articulate insights and recommendations
  • An approach towards understanding business drivers problemsolving and influencing positive financial outcomes
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires effective communication and collaboration across multiple organizations to get results.

Base Pay Range: $86300 $155700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
