Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Excellence: Under the mentorship of your sales manager be a lead generation maestro through fieldbased prospecting cold calling and networking.
  • Creative Sales Approaches: Devise and implement creative and effective sales approaches solutions and proposals that set you apart in the industry.
  • Training and Development: Work closely with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting call and relationship management. Participate in training opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: 1 years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a dynamic constantly evolving environment showcasing outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistent record of delivering outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills are a must.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Showcase effective negotiating and closing skills that leave a lasting impression.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in proposal writing: Demonstrated experience in preparing delivering and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
  • CRM Expertise: 1 years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce HubSpot etc. to update and maintain customer records.
  • Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1 years of experience leading and maintaining and accurate funnel of sales opportunities including staging next steps and close dates to support accurate sales forecasting.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71800 $129400 inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $43080 $77640

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location TMobile employees in regular nontemporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
