Job Description
RN Hospice Director of Clinical Services / Patient Care Manager DCS / PCM
This is an outstanding opportunity with an exceptional organization providing caring and compassionate hospice services.
REQUIRED: Hospice & hospice clinical operations management experience required.
The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. The DCS establishes implements and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total company mission and values.
- 35yrs recent hospice experience required.
- 12yrs hospice management experience required: Clinical Manager Director of Clinical Director of Nursing Patient Care Managers etc.
- Planning budgets: Census / staffing ratio KPI
- Strong QA/PI Compliance
- Adaptable Solutions Oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Partners with people team builder mentor/coach good trainer
- Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelors degree in nursing
- State licensed RN
- Previous experience in hospice/home care setting and with two 2 years management or supervisory experience. Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
