Job Title: Operations Integrator Manufacturing Strategy and Growth

Job Location: Huntsville Alabama

Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies has an immediate need for an Operations Program Integratorat ourAdvanced Manufacturing Facility (AMF) located inHuntsville Alabama.At this location we produce and develop a variety of energetic assemblies for rocket this role you will develop the internal plans and interface with key team members to ensure alignment of site and program objectives. The key responsibilities include creating plans to integrate teams such as manufacturing engineering tool engineering/design manufacturing operations etc. ensuring products are developed and delivered per safety quality schedule and budget targets. These program plans will be up to date at all times and will include all known risks and opportunities being worked by the team. Responsibility may include Cost Account Manager duties for the labor elements of the program(s).

Essential Functions:

  • Establish and oversee program plans for the operations site team to successfully execute the program requirements relative to schedule cost and performance/quality. This will include hardware manufacturing tool design and fabrication staffing process development and facility needs.

  • Interface with program team members and customers to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.

  • Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.

  • Drive improvement projects and actions through the teams with a focus on safety quality and delivery cost.

  • Support growth opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business

  • Develop transition plans schedules and installation plans

  • Up to 10 business travel to other L3Harris sites.

  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum 4years of prior manufacturingproduction planningexperience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2years of prior manufacturingproduction planningexperience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 8years of prior manufacturingproduction planning experience.

  • 1 year MicrosoftProject Experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is preferred.

  • Ability to analyze evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision is preferred.

  • Proficiency with MS Office products.

  • Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience.

  • Experience related to procurement/indirect purchasing.

  • Proficiency in MS Project.

  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems.

  • Experience with Material Planning and Scheduling.
