Job Summary:
The Software Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications. They work across the full stack of technologies writing clean and efficient code debugging applications and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver highquality software products.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop software applications
Analyze user needs and develop functional requirements
Create technical designs and documentation
Implement and test software solutions
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Work with project managers designers and other developers
Communicate project progress and roadblocks
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Maintain and improve existing software
Troubleshoot and debug software issues
Identify and implement enhancements and optimizations
Ensure software meets security and performance standards
Keep uptodate with industry trends and advancements
Attend conferences and workshops
Research new technologies and tools
Continuously improve skills and knowledge
Follow software development best practices
Write clean efficient and maintainable code
Use version control systems and follow coding conventions
Conduct code reviews and participate in testing processes
Communicate with clients or stakeholders
Understand and address client needs and requirements
Provide updates and demos of software progress
Gather feedback and incorporate it into the development process

Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories principles and concepts.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools.
Experience with software development practices and version control systems.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other developers.
Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
Ability to meticulously document and track project details and changes.
Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
