As the Business Manager Outsource Services youll take the reins in managing highperforming outsource service providers for Child Care Grant Payments Service CCGPS; Contact Centre Service and Disabled Students Allowance DSA ensuring an outstanding service for our customers. Leading a team of dedicated outsource service managers you will drive operational excellence oversee contractual performance and maintain tight financial control. Working crossfunctionally across Customer Operations and the wider SLC business youll be a key player in delivering a seamless secure and customerfirst experiencefirmly aligned with our Contractual Service Management model.
SLC offer a blended working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
What you bring:
- Proven Leadership experience in mobilising new contracts and managing established partnerships with a focus on highvalue complex service models ideally within business process Outsourcing (BPO) space.
- Confident knowledge of commercial contract management ideally within the public sector including budget oversight and supplier invoice auditing.
- Proven ability to build strong influential relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in interpreting performance data and using root cause analysis to drive informed service improvements.
- Effective selfstarter with strong planning organisational and adaptability skills in fastchanging environments.
- Experienced in coaching teams modelling professional behaviours and developing talent to enhance service delivery.
- Confident in preparing and delivering performance reports and strategic decision papers to senior and external stakeholders.
