Job Skills / Requirements
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices for accuracy and condition.
- Update inventory records to reflect received items ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents injuries and damage to property or equipment.
- Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move goods safely.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse duties.
- Ability to follow instructions work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Capable of performing strenuous tasks including lifting heavy objects bending stooping and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to stand walk bend and kneel for extended periods.
- Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations adhering to scheduled routes and delivery times
- Load and unload products ensuring items are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries including delivery logs invoices and proof of delivery (POD) documentation.
- Conduct daily pretrip and posttrip inspections of the delivery van to ensure it is in good working condition reporting any issues promptly.
- Other duties as assigned
Hourly wage $23.00
