Operations Manager Commercial Construction

Step into a pivotal leadership role with a wellestablished local and growing General Contractor with $10M in annual revenue is in search of a strategic and resultsdriven Operations Manager to help lead the company into its next phase of growth.
This is more than just an operations role its a chance to drive the direction of the business. Youll be a strategic partner to ownership leading internal operations overseeing project strengthening financial performance and guiding the companys systems team and structure as they scale.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Own daytoday operations of the company overseeing project managers superintendents and administrative support
- Partner directly with ownership on company strategy financial planning and longterm growth
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews tracking job cost performance budgets and profitability
- Standardize internal processes and systems to drive consistency across project delivery
- Provide oversight on estimating contracts procurement and scheduling
- Represent the company in highlevel client vendor and partner meetings
- Manage risk ensure compliance and help maintain a strong safety culture
- Build and mentor a highperforming team with a focus on communication accountability and
What Were Looking For:
- 7 years in commercial construction with experience in both field and operational roles
- Proven track record leading teams managing P&L and implementing operational improvements
- Strategic thinker who can drive process people and performance
- Strong understanding of construction financials contracts and business operations
- Experience in modular construction is a plus
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative handson environment
