We are looking for someone passionate about customer experience with strong existing knowledge of what it takes to be the most highvalueadd concierge. The ideal candidate will be an energetic ambitious and determined person who wants to take their career in the customer service and concierge space to the next level.
General Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients restaurants vendors and team members to deliver great service across dining experiences travel and luxury goods.
Sourcing content ideas to submit to our Content Team on a weekly basis
Completing endtoend member requests
What we are looking for:
Adaptability and multitasking

General knowledge of high end experiences luxury goods and restaurants
Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
Entrepreneurial problemsolving attitude
Excellent clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Flexible working hours available to work on evenings and weekends
BasicQualifications:
High School Diploma GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Retail Sales or Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $56800 $64800 for Premium Customer Agent ICandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
