How will you make a difference
Clients infinancial services engineering aerospace marine IT and government sectors depend on LRQA to effectively audit their management systems providing assurance of businesscritical compliance and risk management.
As well as undertaking riskfocused audits and making certification decisions yourself youll call on your accomplished people skills to guide and develop other auditors to cultivate positive client relationships and to proactively share feedback that helps us to keep improving the service we deliver.
In return well invest in your training and development to include qualification to Lead Auditor status in several management system standards and Aerospace Authenticated Auditor in the AS91xx suite of standards (depending on your experience).
Weve a welldeveloped homeworking infrastructure for when youre not visiting clients and have been a champion of new ways of working for many years.
The role gives you the opportunity to obtain a healthy blend of travel and visiting client sites whilst retaining the flexibility to undertake remote audits when required
What will you bring
For this position you will have significant practical industry aerospace space or defence this means at least 4 years aerospace industry experience in the last 10 years. Youll also have audit experience and a strong knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100. Knowledge of other ISO management systems standards is also desirable.
An understanding of how to manage and build client relationships.
Good verbal and written communication and decisionmaking skills; and be able to deliver clear audit outcomes.
