Job Description
We are excited to announce that crew members will be able to participate in the initial training and operational launch of our brandnew E2190 Jet.
Our E2 training pipeline will be conducted in several phases and before we issue an expression of interest to all crew to be trained on the E2 we are initially seeking a small number of crew to be trained and provided the opportunity to participate in the initial E2 certification process.
Were inviting enthusiastic and driven crew to step forward and express interest in this wonderful and unique opportunity.
Crew who are successful in this phase may be required to participate in assessments as part of our AOC approval. A range of crew with varying experience levels will be required for this phase.

To apply for thisopportunityyou will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Be an operationalVirgin Australia Regionalteam member fora minimum of 12 months
- Have a proven track record ofreliabilityand meetingrostering expectations
- Demonstrateexcellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have a sound understanding ofSOPs EPs and Virgin Australiaservice standards
- Be 100 compliant in all current role requirements (includingVLearn CCONS safety and fatigue reporting
- Be meeting performance expectations (anyunsatisfactory performancewould have been documented and shared)
- Be a role model whochampions our values demonstrates a commitment to your role and supports a positive team culture
Parttime applications are welcome but set days cannot be accommodated and crew selected in this phase will be required to go fulltime for the duration of the training (exact time frames to be confirmed).
