Our client is one of the fastestgrowing pest control organizations in Austin. This team is based in Kyle and proudly serves South Austin to New Braunfels. As they gear up for a busy summer theyre seeking a reliable detailoriented individual to join their 6person customer service department in supporting their highvolume season.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 3060 inbound customer calls per day
- Manage and adjust schedules for 45 technicians
- Schedule both upcoming and followup appointments
- Ensure calendar accuracy and efficiency
- Follow up on all unpaid invoices
- Communicate effectively with customers and team via phone text and email
