Vacancy: GRADUATE SURVEYOR Chartered Surveyors
Location: Brighton BN1
Salary: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious AssocRICS / RICS Graduate Surveyor to join an established successful team of Chartered Surveyors based in the Brighton area.
If you are a graduate looking for a new position in the property industry with a forwardthinking company that will support you getting your full RICS qualification then this is the position for you.
The ideal candidate will have a property related Degree (RICS accredited) and some experience in commercial properties would be helpful but not essential.
You will be flexible with travelling around Brighton and the South East of England when required. You will be extremely enthusiastic and show willingness to learn.

The Company: Our client is an Independent Residential & Commercial Agency on the South Coast with an excellent reputation and several local Sales & Lettings offices in and around the East / West Sussex area.
Skills required for this Graduate Surveyor role will include:
- Degree in surveying
- Working to RICS or is willing to work towards it
- Some experience in commercial properties
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Brighton / South East England area
- Full Driving License essential
