Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Finance consultant on highpriority shorterterm projects and value assessments within Public Cloud environments.
- Assist in Finance presales activities (RFP responses client discovery demo preparation and delivery) ensuring alignment with Public Cloud solutions and architectures.
- Provide finance quality assurance on longerterm projects focusing on scalability security and best practices in cloudbased deployments.
- Collaborate with the Director Finance Solutions and other Solution Architects to enhance Syntaxs cloudnative intellectual property finance solutions industryspecific offerings and delivery capabilities.
- Design and implement complex finance enhancements/extensions to standard SAP using the latest SAP and cloudnative technologies (e.g. SAP BTP hyperscaler integrations).
- Provide functional and architectural guidance to teams designing cuttingedge Public Cloud solutions in the Finance space (e.g. Mobile solutions Business Intelligence and AIdriven automation).
- Optimize SAP Finance solutions for performance security and compliance in multicloud environments (AWS Azure GCP or SAP RISE with hyperscalers).
Qualifications:
- 13 years of handson SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience with a strong focus on Public Cloud deployments.
- Minimum 5 full life cycle implementations of SAP as a Finance lead on large complex projects preferably in cloudhosted environments.
- Proven expertise in implementing SAP best practices in Public Cloud and hybrid environments.
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance (Release 1809 and above) including working knowledge of Fiori SAP BTP and hyperscaler integrations.
- Strong understanding of multitenant architectures cloud security and FinOps considerations.
- Excellent communication and management consulting skills with the ability to engage stakeholders in a cloudfirst transformation journey.
- Knowledge of Group Reporting SACP and other boltons is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Standard Revenue Recognition and EventBased Revenue Recognition is a plus.
- Experience integrating central AP Invoicing solutions (e.g. OpenText) in cloud environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work in USA and Canada sponsorship is not provided.
