Senior Manager - Policy Governance and Group Reporting

About The Role

Sportsbet is on a mission to become a worldclass betting and wagering business trusted by all our stakeholders. As the Senior Manager of Policy Governance and Group Reporting you will play a key role in achieving this vision.

In this role you will:

• maintain and align Sportsbets Policy Governance and Mandatory Training frameworks aligned with Flutter and SEC/DOJ requirements;
• advise departments on policy content mandatory training and ensuring compliance;
• develop tools to ensure these policies are current optimised and meet regulatory and industry standards;
• act as custodian of specific LR&C compliance programs including Whistleblower Gifts & Hospitality (G&H) and Conflicts of Interest (COI);
• manage the awareness and deployment of the Flutter reporting tool for G&H and COI into Sportsbet;
• oversee the Political Contributions and Public Officials G&H Register;
• provide reporting for Department Risk Forums regarding policy outcomes; and
• coordinate data gathering for Group Flutter / International Division Group reports to ensure accuracy in reporting.

About You

• Handson experience managing risk across a variety of domains including customer technology product marketing HR and data.
• Proven experience operating in highly regulated consumerfacing environments ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to improve risk and compliance capabilities processes and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks across various departments simultaneously and with minimal direction.
• Strong commercial acumen problemsolving skills and sound judgment.
• Proven ability to own endtoend delivery of policy and process optimisation; you can see what needs to be done and engage with stakeholders to deliver.
• Experience in influencing outcomes and driving change and transformation across and businesses more broadly.
