Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to 25750
Hours: 40 hours per week
Our client a highly regarded nursery in Winchester is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about providing outstanding care and education for young children in a supportive creative environment.
Working as part of a dynamic team the Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and supporting the development and wellbeing of each child in their care.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Uptodate First Aid and Safeguarding training (preferred)

- Deliver highquality care and engaging ageappropriate learning experiences
- Support the emotional physical and social development of each child
- Work in partnership with parents carers and colleagues
- Maintain a safe clean and stimulating environment
- Contribute to planning observations and recordkeeping in line with EYFS standards
- Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing across the nursery
