Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to 25750
Hours: 40 hours per week

Our client a highly regarded nursery in Winchester is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about providing outstanding care and education for young children in a supportive creative environment.

Working as part of a dynamic team the Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and supporting the development and wellbeing of each child in their care.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Uptodate First Aid and Safeguarding training (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver highquality care and engaging ageappropriate learning experiences
  • Support the emotional physical and social development of each child
  • Work in partnership with parents carers and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe clean and stimulating environment
  • Contribute to planning observations and recordkeeping in line with EYFS standards
  • Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing across the nursery
