Job Description

The position
As a Clinical Quality Specialist you will conduct routine assessments of clinical quality to ensure Inspection Readiness and perform systematic quality checks for key activities such as protocol deviations and informed consent.
Your responsibilities will be:

  • Support inspection readiness preparedness and highrisk sites.
  • Identify recurrent issues and ensure preventive actions are implemented.
  • Conduct Clinical Quality Support Visits (CQSV) at clinical trial sites. Support implementation of inspection and audit CAPAs.
  • Act as a local serious breach contact and clinical deviation expert.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective quality checks and compliance.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role you should have a degree in life sciences or equivalent. As well as:

  • GCP training attended and certificated.
  • Proven experience in clinical research to Senior/Executive Clinical Research Associate or Project/Trial Manager level.
  • Excellent knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulations.
  • Experience in training or coaching employees.
  • Experience in quality assurance/auditing.
  • Competent project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Experience with COSMOS and electronic Trial Master File (Veeva).
