Austins Automotive Specialists Lakeway a fullservice autorepair shop serving the local and surrounding Austin communities is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers. Expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.

Lakeway TX 78734 is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer that strives to build a lasting relationship with each customer based on trust who is willing to grow with our team while being appreciated respected and wellcompensated for your knowledge and skills. - Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty transparency and outstanding work.
- MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
- Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
- Strong customer service skills.
- MUST HAVE 1 or more years experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
