Your Role:
As a Senior Data Scientist youll be at the helm of experimentation with advanced AI technologies including language models and AI agents. Youll drive the development of scalable missioncritical AI capabilities and ensure their seamless integration into operational environments through stateoftheart MLOps practices.
What Youll Do:
- Craft and deploy modern scalable and costefficient AI/ML models that support the agencys mission and strategic goals.
- Lead research and experimentation with cuttingedge AI technologies including language models and AI agents.
- Partner with data engineers and architects to ensure data readiness and highquality model training.
- Implement and refine MLOps practices for optimal model training finetuning and deployment.
- Provide technical expertise in areas like natural language processing chatbot development and performance metrics ensuring toptier model accuracy and efficiency.
Your Expertise:
- 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Engineering Data Science Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience in machine learning and AI particularly with language models and AI agent workflows.
- Proven skills in developing data quality pipelines and ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Proficiency in AI frameworks like OpenAI Langchain PyTorch TensorFlow and Hugging Face.
- Strong command of MLOps practices and tools such as AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Technical expertise in Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with DevOps practices including automated testing and version control.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess a Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- A Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Mathematics Physics or another quantitative discipline.
