Perform semiconductor engineering design development and testing for firm products and devices in conjunction with product development for the electronic communications industry. Implement new engineering assignments including engineering and designing chip layout circuits circuit checking documenting specifications and modifying and evaluating semiconductor devices and components. Contribute to technical projects within the areas of testing methods device specification and yield problems; perform redesign of devices components or integrated circuitry for hardware and other systems; and will review product requirements and logic diagrams for device definition. Ensure compliance with design specifications codes and stated requirements. Operate computerassisted engineering software tools and configure the same to perform design engineering tasks and implement test programs and procedures. Confer with customers and other departments on design status processing testing and technical issues and failure analysis. Monitor production of products and devices to ensure conformance to design specifications.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering (with related variants such as VLSI or Physics) foreign equivalent or related field.
