Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and diligent Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Bunker Hill Area inSomerville MA. As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting nightly audits to verify the accuracy of financial transactions
- Performing checkin and checkout procedures for guests
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate records of room availability and rates
- Ensuring the security and safety of the property during the night shift
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to work night shifts weekends and holidays
