Match Medvacons services to NAICS codes setaside programs and agency needs
Prepare proposals capability statements and compliance documentation
Recommend smart bids vs. wasteful ones tell us where we have a real shot
Identify potential teaming partners or subcontracting opportunities
Build a basic internal tracker for submissions deadlines and followup
Advise on federal systems we should join (GSA PIEE FedConnect etc.
Support awarded contracts with onboarding compliance and reporting when needed
What Were Looking For
4 years of handson federal contracting experience especially proposal writing and opportunity tracking
Confident navigating FAR basics small business setasides and contractor portals
Bonus if you know or have worked with life sciences validation compliance or training services
Strong writer with solid organizational and communication skills
Selfstarter youll have support but youll own your lane
Someone whos excited to grow with a company not just check boxes
