The CADD / Survey Technician will play a critical role in the preparation of survey plats and maps including boundary surveys asbuilt surveys topographic surveys utility route surveys and more. This position requires a deep understanding of surveying principles as well as the ability to produce accurate CAD files and perform calculations.
This is a Temp to Possible perm role.
- Minimum 3 years as a surveying CAD Technician
- Proficient in using Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to manage individual projectsand perform courthouse research
- Experience with survey data processing and fieldwork 20 traveling
- Strong ability to work independently and complete projects with demanding scopes and schedule
Pluses:
- OpenRoads GeoPak and Microstation experience
- Familiarity with VDOT
