Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Technician D you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our space manufacturing candidates must be able to work in a highly regulated build space and work with complex mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. Note this job is for 2nd shift approximately 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
Essential Functions:
- Set up testing stations in alignment with the provided diagrams and schematics while maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.
- Adhere to predefined testing protocols and safety guidelines ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Accurately complete datasheets and review test data compiling data packs for finished products.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track the status of assigned program(s) contributing to efficient workflow and communication.
- Maintain equipment at workstations ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years postSecondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- 4 years or more experience in technical knowledge and skills introubleshooting down to the component level is desired; solid understanding and working knowledge of test equipment such as multimeters oscilloscopes power supplies thermal chambers etc.
- Analog and digital troubleshooting skills.
- Technical knowledge and skills in troubleshooting down to the component level.
- Strong planning/organizational skills with ability to prioritize work assignments.
- Demonstrated ability of working individually and in a teamoriented environment.
