Thales an Imperva Company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team to assist in developing Impervas fast growing Account Takeover Protection and ClientSide Protection SAAS offerings.
If you have a passion for new technologies and getting handson experience creating enterpriselevel solutions you will fit right in.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Take an active role in developing a near realtime system capable of processing large volumes of events across the world
Solve challenging problems in terms of scalability reliability and performance for SaaS products used by millions of users worldwide.
Engage in development of an enterpriselevel AWS based distributed SAAS solutions
Lead a project from requirements to completion through design implementation & testing
Utilize cloud technologies and modern programming and deployment practices
Set the standards for the best practices and code quality
Collaborate demo and share your work with team members product managers and stakeholders
Take ownership of new technologies that would improve our products and infrastructure
Minimum Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of programming experience in Java JavaScript Python or RUST
Strong understanding of software development fundamentals
Experience with cloudbased software (preferably AWS) and microservicebased architecture
Experience with designing and developing highly scalable SAAS systems
Experience working with data analysis using distributed SQL/NoSQL DBs systems

The anticipated TTC range for this position is CAD $ 102823..00 CAD Annual. The salary offered will be determined based on the candidates experience knowledge skills other qualifications and location.
