Our solutions range from enabling the discovery of more effective diagnostics and therapies to making sure that the food we eat the water we drink and our environment are safe from contaminants.
**Candidates working remote from Waltham MA OR onsite at the BioLegend campus in San Diego CA will be considered**
Process biweekly multistate US and Canada payroll of approximately 2600 employees using Dayforce
Provide high level of customer service to entire employee population
Field employee questions within the internal ticketing system HR SolVVe
Audit and maintain employee files within Dayforce
Audit files from Dayforce or other sources ensuring high quality of data integrity
Process levies and garnishments as required by law
Process onetime payments sent through Workday (tuition reimbursement R&Rs sign on bonuses etc.
Respond to internal and external auditor inquiries
Correspond with other departments as needed to ensure tax and labor regulations are followed
Audit pay period data and correct processing messages related to taxation and other payroll related errors
Prepare manual ACH payments when needed
Work with vendors such as Sun Life MetLife and bswift to process payments and employee deductions
Work with HR to coordinate terminations and final payments
Administer and monitor severance payments according to the signed contract
Process offcycle payrolls when needed
Assist in special projects as needed
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
2 years in Human Resource or Payroll position
3 years of multistate payroll processing experience
DayForce system experience a plus;
CPP certification a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills; Proven interpersonal and team skills; effectively communicates with and influences at all levels of the organization; Produces clear understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
A focus on customer service and providing timely accurate responses to our employee base
Business & Organization Knowledge: Quickly develops an understanding of the Revvity business model.
Change Management: Exhibits a strong bias for action with a resultsorientation; Tackles tough problems with firm deadlines; Ability and desire to work in a fastpaced result driven environment.
Ethics and Integrity: Business ethics and integrity beyond reproach are a must.
The base salary range for this fulltime position is$27.88$36/hour $58000$75000/annualized). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses equity or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
