About the team

The Corporate Sales Innovation Team EMEA is an international team focusing on identifying and incubating projects designed to enhance volume velocity value and scalability within the Corporate business segment in our region. We sponsor test and implement projects to improve our business in these key dimensions.

The team members and the wider organization is spread across the EMEA region with Hubs in Barcelona Cairo and Dublin.

We are committed to delivering excellence in our products and services and our Program Management Office (PMO) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful of our projects. As a working student in our PMO you will have the opportunity to gain valuable handson experience and contribute to the growth and success of our company

What youll do:

Position title: SAP iXp intern Program Management Office
Location: Barcelona
Expected start date to end date: 1st June 2025 30th November 2025

In this role youll:

Collaborate with the team to develop project plans schedules and budgets.
Assist in tracking project progress and ensure that milestones and deliverables are met.
Coordinate and communicate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Conduct research and analysis to support project decisionmaking and problemsolving.
Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings workshops and presentations.
Support the identification and management of project risks and issues.

Who you are:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Project Management Engineering etc..
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge or experience in project management methodologies is a plus.
Prior experience in another SAP organization is a plus.
