As aResidential Treatment Specialist you will play a key role in implementing daily program activities while offering crucial emotional and social support to our patients. Guided by a patientcentered disease management philosophy our experienced teamboasting over 100 years of combined expertiseis passionate about fostering meaningful connections and inspiring hope demonstrating that recovery is not just a possibility but a reality.

Whats Available:
Shift: Every other Friday (days) & Every weekend (PMs)
.5 FTE 20 hours weekly)
Benefited position
What you will do:
Provide support to patients through counseling sessions and strategies
Participate in 1:1 counseling sessions as well as in group settings
Work closely with clinical supervisor regarding patients any concerns
Assist with transfer and discharge processes
Transport patients to and from program activities
Document necessary information into computer systems
What you need:
Associates degree in a related field or actively pursuing a bachelors degree in a related field.
BLS for healthcare workers
1 year experience in a healthcare setting
Valid drivers license
