Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential exciting opportunity for a Registered Emergency Room Nurse (RN) at Fort Cavazos a major U.S. Army installation in Texas. This position offers a chance to provide highquality healthcare to our nations heroes and their families in a rewarding teamoriented environment.

Job Responsibilities May Include:
Triage and provide direct care to patients with urgent and emergency medical conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure effective patient outcomes
Perform assessments interventions and evaluations in a fastpaced ER environment
Document care in accordance with hospital standards and protocols
Educate patients and families on postcare and discharge instructions
Qualifications:
Active unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (within the last 3 years)
Current BLS ACLS and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical skills and critical thinking under pressure
U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
