Job Description: Document Controller

Position Overview: Seeking a detailoriented Document Controller to manage documentation perform data entry and ensure the timely submission of invoices to the Head Office (HO).

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
Organize and file physical and digital documents.
Submit invoices and other documents to the Head Office.
Track and manage document versions.
Prepare reports and summaries.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with internal teams for documentation.

KRA :
Accuracy and timeliness in maintaining Excel records.
Efficiency and precision in data entry tasks.
Proper organization and quick retrieval of documents.
Ontime submission of invoices and other required documents to the Head Office.
Compliance with document management protocols and confidentiality standards.
Effective communication and coordination with internal teams.

Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience and have knowledge about documentation and filing work.

1. Designation Office Assistant
2. Location Mulund As per the requirement candidate has to travel to Lower Parel office for invoice submission
3. Working days Mon to Sat
4. Working Timings 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
5. Interview Mode Face to Face
6. Interview Rounds 2
7. Male candidate preferred

Contract period autorenewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
