Work Schedule: M Tu Wed Th & Fri 9am5pm); every other Su 9 8:30am12:30pm) Opportunity for it to go longer if Perm Care Professional doesnt return from travels in time Respite Care Professional would be given a weeks notice to know if the job would be extended

Primary Responsibilities:
- Escort and drive client to doctor appointments church brunch and other errands.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Companionship
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification / license orPCA certificate preferred.
- Previous experience with dementia.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
