Job Summary
The PartTime Stylist is an exciting role and opportunity to come in on the ground floor of Lulus retail expansion in Los Angeles. We are seeking stylists who contribute to driving sales by providing an authentic and unique experience to each customer. This includes fostering community amongst the team through continued education on brand and store initiatives.
What Youll Do
Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store in line with Lulus core values
Initiates conversation shares advice and product knowledge to interact with the customer in every zone in a personalized authentic way
Utilizes technology to be well informed on events and special offers instore and online to enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective
Contributes to an inclusive and peoplefirst philosophy by being positive respectful and helpful to others
Collaborates with peers and leadership sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings store initiatives and brand focuses
Participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge current trends and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer
Maintains Lulus visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
Supports the shipment process to gain awareness of product and customer needs
Supports timely of product placement and other visual priorities to inspire the customer; participates in maintaining store visual standards
Actively participates in daily projects; facilitates the sharing of relevant information regarding shipment restocking and backofhouse organization
Takes initiative and works productively with the team to achieve common collaborative goals; remains flexible as priorities change due to business needs
Communicates daily with the leadership team on supply needs flow of shipment support needs shipping damages and box count discrepancies
Partners with the leadership team toexecute organizational standardsin back of houseandexercises creative decisionmaking to impact organization and efficiency; keeps all receiving shipping stock supply and production areas clean and organized
Adheres to stores safety standards inventory accuracy reduction of product loss and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
Lead as a brand ambassador taking pride in the details of your store
What Youll Need
Love for the Lulus brand
12 years of customer service stockroom inventory or merchandising experience
A growth mindset that is open to new unexpected opportunities & challenges
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach and a drive to achieve results
The ability to jump into any situation and roll up your sleeves if need be
Passion for building exceptional customer experiences
Can prioritize various tasks in a fastpaced environment
Availability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights weekends and holidays
Ability to lift carry and hold up to 50 lbs
Nice to Have Bonus Points!
Proficiency in an additional language other than English with strong conversational skills
Experience working in a showroom or highend retail store
