The Opportunity
Step into the role of Procurement Manager where strategic brilliance meets leadership in the core of our organization. The Procurement Manager is pivotal in overseeing our procurement processes ensuring timely acquisition in a costeffective manner while supporting overall business objectives. This opportunity combines strategic sourcing with supplier management and complex contract negotiations. DaytoDay Responsibilities
- Formulate procurement strategies aligned with business goals. Implement efficient procurement processes and systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; conduct assessments and resolve issues promptly.
- Negotiate favorable contracts ensuring compliance and performance; monitor obligations and renew contracts as needed.
- Analyze market trends for costsaving initiatives; manage expenditures to meet financial targets.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements; develop policies for risk management.
- Analyze data to identify improvements; prepare reports on procurement activities and offer insights.
Who Are We Looking For

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Masters degree or professional certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in procurement with a minimum of 57 years in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
