Job Description:

The Lead HRBP is a strategic role providing comprehensive human resources support to the Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) functional organizations at the segment level. This position plays a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and partnering with segment leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

This role will directly support multiple senior executive leaders and report to the Director Human Resources within L3Harris IMS segment. The position will be located in Palm Bay Florida and is an onsite role.

Essential Functions:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all human resourcesrelated matters.
  • Partnerwith business leaders HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence tostrategically implement initiatives to drive business strategy and improveorganizational capability.
  • Coachleadership to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve bothhuman and technical aspects of the work environment.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive talent solutions in the areas of talent acquisition talent development and succession planning; actively engaging withidentifying key talent to build our pipeline.
  • Utilize data insights and trends to provide influence solutions to enable sound talent decisions and initiatives.
  • Participateand/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HRfunction as assigned.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • This position requires about 10 travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 13 years of prior related experience preferably in a Matrix Environment.
  • Demonstrated experiencedrivingHR strategy in the following areas: performance management employeeengagement and retention staffing compensation diversity/inclusionleadership coaching and development and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and comfortable with data analysis.
  • Demonstrated strongcommunication and interpersonal skills highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strongbusiness and HR acumen including strong problemsolving skills criticalthinking and selfinitiative has a track record on deliveringcommitments.
  • Proven ability to influence coach and consult with all levels of the organization in apositive and effective manner.
  • Project management experience leading projects and utilizing HR metrics andanalytics to make recommendations and inform talent decisions.
