Job Description
The Restoration Mitigation Manager will report to the Owner and will be responsible for the oversight and management of the department for Water Fire Storm Mold Storm and CAT restoration projects by providing direction and coordination of all department activities. Write and read Xactimate scopes and use of management software proficiently; manage Mitigation Department employees and the equipment required to complete projects and procedures.
Duties
Run and Manage the Mitigation Department.
Manage residential and commercial water fire wind and mold projects.
Implement quality assurance procedures; ensure that company policies and standards are being followed.
Monitor and report on progress budgets profitability of jobs and meet or exceed division targets.
Define tasks assign staff and develop schedules.
Ensure project efficiency by training planning monitoring debriefing and making improvements to meet division goals for quality profitability and customer satisfaction.
Respond to emergency calls and storm events when needed.
Establish and maintain client insurance company & adjustor relationships.
Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand.
Lead and/or attend department/company training sessions.
Requirements
3 years in the Restoration Industry handling Water Fire Storm Mold Storm & CAT Services.
3 years experience as a Project Manager/Management of a team.
Proficient in Xactimate and very Technical Savvy.
Vast knowledge of the industry standards policies procedures and the ability to train staff.
Understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss Balance Sheet and budgeting. Ability to review
completed job costing assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
An individual that is dedicated responsible knowledgeable a leader and a motivator.

Base Salary with potential to earn $80k$90k depending on experience.
