Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and resultsdriven Marketing Specialist to execute dynamic campaigns that drive engagement increase bookings and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel understands the nuances of digital marketing and thrives in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email social media blog and paid channels
Create engaging content tailored to allinclusive vacations group travel and destination promotions
Optimize digital ads and SEO to increase visibility and lead generation
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies using analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager etc.
Collaborate with the Travel United Group marketing team on crossbrand initiatives
Manage the Advantage Travel Services blog and help plan biweekly content
Assist with branding and marketing support for the Advantage Travel Shop
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field
2 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in travel or lifestyle industries
Strong writing and content creation skills
Proficiency in Canva Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign and social media platforms
Familiarity with SEO PPC and performance marketing analytics
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple campaigns with deadlines
Key Responsibilities: Plan All-Inclusive Travel Packages: Work with clients to create personalized vacation packages, ensuring all accommodations, meals, and activities are included for a seamless travel experience. Client Consultation: Conduct consultations to understand client preferences, including budget, travel dates, destination choices, and special requests. Destination Expertise: Stay up-to-date on all-inclusive resorts and packages in top destinations within the U.S. (e.g., Hawaii, Florida) and the Caribbean (e.g., Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas). Booking Management: Handle all aspects of the booking process, including flights, accommodations, dining packages, transportation, and excursions. Provide Expert Guidance: Offer recommendations on resorts, family-friendly options, romantic getaways, or luxury accommodations to match client needs. Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally. Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with resort representatives and other travel partners to secure competitive rates and ensure a smooth booking process. Follow-Up: Provide clients with pre-departure details, trip reminders, and support during their travels. Qualifications: Experience in Travel Planning: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a travel planner, travel agent, or related role (specialization in all-inclusive travel is a plus). Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management to coordinate multiple bookings simultaneously. Tech Savvy: Proficient with booking platforms, reservation systems, and other travel tools. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and vendors. Destination Knowledge: Familiarity with popular all-inclusive destinations and resorts in the U.S. and Caribbean. Sales Skills: Comfortable discussing packages and upselling additional travel options like excursions or upgrades.
