- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a courteous and professional manner providing prompt assistance and solutions to their concerns.
- Assist customers with a wide range of ATMrelated concerns including technical issues transaction discrepancies cardrelated problems and general inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to ATMs utilizing problemsolving skills and technical knowledge. If necessary escalate issues and dispatch technicians to address hardware or software malfunctions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as technical support operations and management to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and call logs documenting all interactions and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments in ATM processing to provide informed assistance to customers and enhance service quality.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures including privacy and security guidelines to safeguard customer information and maintain compliance standards.
Requirements

1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
