Profile Requirements:

  • 2.55 Years of Relevant Experience: Prior experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting preferably in commercial services cleaning or facilities management.
  • Commercial Janitorial Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the needs and operations of professional buildings medical offices and commercial spaces (excluding restaurants).
  • Clear English Communication: Must be articulate professional and easily understood on calls; no heavy accent preferred to maximize clarity. Outgoing personality strong listening skills & attention to detail.
  • SelfDirected & Organized: Able to build and manage your own outreach lists track progress independently and maintain accountability without constant supervision.
  • Thick Skin & ResultsDriven: Salesdriven confident making cold calls and handling objections; focused on booking genuinely interested highquality appointments not just filling quotas.
  • TechSavvy with CRM or Spreadsheet Tools: Competent in using CRMs or Excel/Google Sheets to log contact info followup dates and appointment statuses with accuracy.

Core responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification & Outreach: Research and build qualified lists of commercial businesses (including corporate offices medical facilities and professional spaces) who are either underserved by their current cleaning provider or lack janitorial services altogether.
  • Calling & FollowUps: Make consistent outbound calls 150200/day) to decisionmakers with confidence and clarity using your generated lead list; establish interest and schedule discovery appointments for the sales team; refine call scripts/lead qualification process as needed.
  • CRM & Lead Tracking: Maintain organized uptodate records of all outreach call notes and followups using CRM tools or spreadsheets (Excel Google Sheets) to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Appointment Vetting & Prequalification: Ensure every appointment is high quality: properly vetted for interest location and decisionmaking authority with a goal of booking two strong appointments per week that are likely to convert.
  • Rejection Handling & Resilience: Engage respectfully and persistently even in the face of rejection; maintain a positive tone and professionalism while continuing to open new opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Field Team: Coordinate with the sales team to understand and communicate the companys unique selling points. Ensure appointment details are accurate timely and actionable facilitating smooth transitions from lead generation to onsite quoting.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
