Position Title: Financial Advisor Virtual AssistantWork Setup: Work from Office/Work from Home
Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 30:000 Php 40000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A FINANCIAL ADVISOR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Your Responsibilities as a Financial Advisor Virtual Assistant would be:
Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors
Prepare and maintain financial documents and client files
Conduct data entry and system updates using XPLAN software
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for advisors
Liaise with clients to collect required documentation and information
Generate reports statements and summaries for financial reviews
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Assist with client onboarding and followup procedures
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally
Qualifications as a Financial Advisor Virtual Assistant:
Proven experience in the financial services industry
Proficiency in using XPLAN software is essential
Strong knowledge of financial planning and wealth management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
Comfortable working independently and in a remote setting
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
