Profile Requirements:

  • B2B Sales Experience: 02 years in outbound B2B sales with a strong understanding of cold outreach prospecting and sales cycles.
  • Clear & Concise English Communication: Must have flawless English grammar natural sentence flow and clear articulation in both written and verbal English communication. Ability to structure emails sales scripts and conversations professionally concisely and persuasively is critical.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable with highvolume outreach and rejection with a persistent and strategic approach to sales.
  • Analytical & ProcessOriented: Ability to track and analyze performance metrics optimize outreach processes and adjust tactics based on data insights.
  • TechSavvy & DataDriven: Preferred familiarity with parallel dialers sales automation tools intent data platforms and CRMs (HubSpot Salesforce etc. with the ability to leverage datadriven prospecting.
  • Preferred Experience: Exposure to SaaS sales lead generation or working within sales outsourcing or salesasaservice models is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales : Conduct highvolume cold outreach via phone email and LinkedIn leveraging parallel dialers and AIdriven sales tools to maximize engagement with decisionmakers.
  • Prospecting & Lead Qualification: Utilize inmarket intent data and AIpowered insights to identify highpotential prospects ensuring efficient targeting and outreach.
  • TechEnabled Outreach: Operate within an advanced sales tech stack including CRM platforms intentbased tools and automation systems optimizing outreach efficiency and followup strategies.
  • Consultative Selling Approach: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations positioning our services as an extension of their sales teams and tailoring solutions to their pain points.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM tracking outreach activity engagement rates and pipeline progression while providing datadriven insights for strategy refinement.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging share market insights and contribute to ongoing sales strategy optimizations.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection.
