Job Description
We are looking for a talented and imaginative Manual Jewellery Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics and detail. The candidate will be responsible for developing original jewellery concepts and translating them into handdrawn or digitally illustrated designs that align with brand identity and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Create highquality handdrawn jewellery designs including technical drawings for production.
Develop new and innovative design concepts based on market research mood boards and trend forecasting.
Work closely with CAD designers merchandisers and production teams to ensure seamless design .
Understand and integrate gemstone shapes settings and metal types into designs.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients.
Maintain an organized library of design archives inspirations and references.
Assist in developing seasonal collections and custom pieces.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design or Fine Arts from a recognized institute.
Strong drawing and illustration skills both freehand and technical.
Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and materials.
Creativity attention to detail and awareness of trends in the jewellery and fashion industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple design briefs and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus.
Experience designing for domestic or international markets (bridal fine fashion etc..
Portfolio of original manual jewellery design work is mandatory.
