What you will be doing:
Deliver a wide range of spa and massage treatments tailored to guest needs ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Consult with guests to understand their wellness goals and recommend appropriate services.
Uphold the highest hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas.
Maintain detailed knowledge of spa offerings products and promotions.
Support a tranquil luxurious spa ambiance that aligns with the MGallery essence of elegance and personalized care.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Masseuse preferably in a luxury or hotel spa setting
Certification in massage therapy or beauty therapy
Expertise in various massage techniques (e.g. Swedish deep tissue aromatherapy)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Warm discreet and attentive nature always focused on guest wellbeing
