ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients as an Account Manager across both Julius and platforms serving as primary point of contact for platform and/or subscription related questions
  • Oversee the management and growth of your assigned book of business and customer base focusing on both retention and growth/expansion year over year
  • Focus on account growth by upselling new and existing features & services
  • Foster strong client relationships to enhance platform utilization engagement and influencer strategy
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product Engineering and Sales to drive product roadmap and feature enhancement as well as upsell opportunities
  • Develop and execute account strategies including setting goals and regularly reviewing performance against targets
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively engage with clients to secure contract renewals and upsells to ensure a high renewal rate
  • Other duties as assigned
