About the Agency Client Partner Reddit (AU Market Hybrid Schedule):
MarketStar is seeking a Client Partner (CP) to join our team in Ogden UT representing Reddit. As a Client Partner you will own the full sales cycle from lead to close working with small to midsize businesses in the Australian market. This role requires a strategic datadriven approach to managing client relationships and driving advertising success.
Location: Ogden UT (Hybrid)
Schedule:
Monday Thursday 10hour shifts 12:00 PM 10:00 PM MT)
Fridays off
Monday: Work from home
Tuesday Thursday: 12:00 PM 5:00 PM inoffice then work from home for the remainder of the shift
What Will You Do
Drive fullcycle sales from lead generation to closing for businesses in the AU market
Build and maintain strong client relationships identifying tailored advertising solutions
Conduct thorough needs analyses and provide strategic recommendations
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to drive growth
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Participate in ongoing training and strategy sessions
What Do You Need to Succeed
B2B sales experience with a strong track record of success
Digital advertising sales experience is strongly preferred
Ability to work efficiently within AU time zones and adapt to international client needs
Strong results orientation with a focus on client success
Excellent communication relationship management and problemsolving skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technology
Selfmotivated and able to work independently while collaborating with the team
