Join our Housekeeping Team at RISE NJIT $17.00 $18.00 Quarterly Bonuses
Location: Newark NJ
Salary: $17.00 $18.00 Quarterly Bonuses (up to 5 of your salary)

Your Role as Housekeeper:
As our Housekeeper youll be an essential part of daily operations responsible for creating a clean sanitary and safe environment across the entire property. Your work plays a direct role in ensuring students enjoy a comfortable and inviting place to live and study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all common areas including lobbies hallways bathrooms lounges offices and fitness centers
- Perform unit cleaning during moveins and moveouts to meet our high cleanliness standards
- Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and storage areas
- Promptly report any safety concerns or needed repairs to the management or maintenance team
- Follow all cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning turnover and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Experience:Previous housekeeping janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Dependability:Reliable with strong time management and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physical Ability:Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing physical tasks such as bending standing and walking for extended periods
- Team Spirit:Friendly and positive attitude with a collaborative approach
- Customer Focus:Willingness to create a pleasant environment for students and guests alike
