Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Four plus years of productionrelated work experience.
- Knowledge in USDA/FDA/SQF (Safe Quality Foods) HACCP or Fresh Prepared foods preferred
- Ability to spend 8090 on the production floor
- Availability for relocation to Texas.
About the role
Overseeing the maintenance of equipment and machinery used in food production. Ensure that all machinery is functioning properly troubleshoot any issues and schedule regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns that could halt production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the proper maintenance of the property and grounds. This includes safely directing maintenance staff and developing a highly skilled team of Maintenance Technicians.
- Oversee the facilities maintenance cleanliness and safety ensuring compliance with fire and safety codes and overseeing new projects. Promptly reporting employee injuries is also part of this role
- Manage the general maintenance of the plant based on the corresponding system (process facilities warehouse production line offices).
- Troubleshooting and repair various systems such as HVAC electrical and plumbing to maintain the propertys functionality.
- Implement preventative maintenance plans being on call for afterhours emergencies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety laws conducting regular property inspections.
- Actively mentor and train maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge fostering a highly skilled team capable of delivering efficient and effective maintenance services.
What we offer:
- Salary range between USD $ 70000 $ 80000 Per Year.
- Schedule: Managers onsite are required to work some Sundays and extended hours may be required based on business need.
- Location: Conroe Texas.
