Job Description
Aitken College are seeking casual Examination Supervisors to assist with upcoming assessments. The key qualities for candidates are punctuality reliability maturity and interpersonal skills. It is also necessary that all Examination Supervisors be able to sign the VCAA statutory declaration as shown below in addition to having a current Working with Childrens Check.

Aitken College is a Prep to Year 12 coeducational independent school in association with the Uniting Church located on 18 hectares in Greenvale.

Your application must include:
- A covering letter introducing your yourself.
- Your Curriculum Vitae (CV) including your qualifications experience and professional associations/memberships.
- The names and contact details of three professional referees (including email addresses).
- Evidence of a current and valid Working with Childrens Check (WWCC)
- Evidence of your right to work in Australia.

VCAA statutory declaration requirements:
As an Examination Supervisor I am not:
(i) Related to or associated with any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025 at the school where I am employed.
(ii) Teaching any student required to sit the GAT or teaching any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025.
(iii) Tutoring a student required to sit the GAT or tutoring a student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025 at the school where I am employed.
(iv) Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT or any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025 or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment* materials at the school where I am employed.
(v) Employed by the school as a teacher (excluding CRT) or member of the administration staff.
