Position Overview:
The Private Markets Client Reporting Analyst is a member of Neuberger Bermans Private Markets Group and is responsible for assisting in the and accuracy of Investment Reports and performance returns for private markets clients and internal consumption. This position provides direct support to NBs Private Markets teams and will work closely with investment professionals finance marketing legal & compliance technology associates and fund administrators.
The Analyst is responsible for understanding each clients unique needs and must have the ability to portray and analyze information in reports to meet those needs. Accuracy and timeliness are of utmost importance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and produce client reports and communications for custom accounts and commingled funds
Coordinate the production process and troubleshoot client and internal reports
Review data integrity of reports
Utilize multiple sources to verify portfolio details
Daytoday liaising with Investment teams Finance IT Operations and Legal
Collaborate with IT on technology initiatives and automation projects to enhance portfolio monitoring analysis and reporting
Liaise with the portfolio management team on managing and executing adhoc projects
Experience & Skills Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (Finance background)
3 4 years of postgraduate experience
Preferred experience in alternatives private equity and/or Big 4 accounting firms
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with data analysis preferred
Strong problemsolving analytical and technical aptitude
Keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks
Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work within a dynamic deadlinedriven environment
Desire to work in a teamoriented environment
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $100000$110000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
