Job Description
TASQ is looking to fill an onsite position for a PHRN to work onsite for a nonvoice account ASAP.
The prescreening interview will take place over the phone.
PHRN (Manila)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the and continued quality of the clients department processes
Perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic online authorization of routine services
Contacting specialty care providers monitoring patient
eligibility
Performing online data entry of routine authorizations/denials.
Skillset: NonVoice
Work setup: Onsite (Taguig)
Shift: Flexible to work on shifting schedule if business ask (weekends night shift holidays)
