Job Description

TASQ is seeking Englishspeaking call center agents for onsite positions in Taguig with openings available starting May 13. The initial screening interview will take place via phone so please ensure your phone line is open.

A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Ideally candidates should have one year of experience in call center collections customer service or telemarketing.

Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in English both spoken and written.

Candidates should be willing to work in either collections or antifraud roles.

**POSITION PURPOSE: AntiFraud** Start date is May 13 2025

As a Customer Service Representative in the Fraud department you will engage with consumers on behalf of the client through inbound and outbound calls. This position requires strong relationshipbuilding skills to assist customers and prevent fraudulent activity. You will need to navigate multiple systems at once while effectively utilizing your computer. The primary goal of this role is to safeguard the clients brand reputation and ensure a positive experience for customers.
